Minimum Stay 7 nights. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday starting at 4 pm and finishing at 10 am. Other periods will be considered on request. A deposit of 20% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of 750 euros.
An additional deposit of 750 euros is payable if pool heating is required.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Linen is included and changed each week .Bath, hand and swimming towels are provided. Villa cleaning before and after rental is included. A maid is available for cleaning for guests at 20 euros per hour.
